Little People, Big World matriarch Amy Roloff is finally making moves on her plans to leave the family farm.
According to Oregon property records exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the mother of four sold a portion of the iconic property to ex-husband Matt for a whopping $667,000.
The sale was made on June 25, 2019.
Just weeks before the secret transaction, Matt told fans that Amy would not cut all ties to the farm just yet.
“I have chosen to buy (and Amy has chosen to sell) me only one side of the farm at this time,” he explained on Instagram.
While she has yet to sell her side of the farm, Amy will still be making a huge profit.
In 1990, newlyweds Matt and Amy bought the farm together for only $185,000.
Amy recently revealed on Facebook Live that she is currently searching for her perfect house, but hasn’t yet found the right one yet.
She said she signed an agreement with Matt that she would move out by November 1, 2019.
Her decision on the date was to ensure her young son Jacob could have his dream wedding on the farm following a temporary fallout with his father.
Jacob and fiancée, Isabel Rock, are set to wed on September 7 in a private ceremony.
